Задачи и цели:

Обучающие:

• Обучить навыкам взаимопонимания, умению спорить и отстаивать свое мнение;
• Развивать память, внимание, логику;
• Расширить кругозор учащихся;
• Повторить и закрепить изученный грамматический и лексический материал по темам «Животные», «Числительные», «Время», «Present Simple»;

Развивающие:

• Развивать навыки и умения устной речи;
• развивать языковые, интеллектуальные и творческие способности учащихся.

Воспитательные:

• Воспитать чувство сплоченности, сотрудничества, коллективизма, взаимопомощи и ответственности;
• совершенствовать навыки группового взаимодействия

Оборудование: computer, white board, blackboard and flashcards

Ход мероприятия

1. Организационный момент.

— Hello, children! Today we have a party! The game «Let’s play English».

Сегодня вы будете соревноваться в 3 командах в разных конкурсах, чтобы определить, кто знает изученный нами материал лучше.

Do you like English? I wish you good luck!

Now, let me introduce our judges. Here they are:  Potapenko S.A., Ismailova M.Sh. And these are our players: 3^rd form

1. II. Основная часть.

Проведение игры.

Teacher: Let’s divide into three teams! And now, introduce your group and your captain.

(Ученики делятся на три команды).

Приветствие команд:

Group 1: Circle

Group 2: Triangle

Group 3: Square

Game  1. Change one letter and get a new word.

Pan — … (pen), dish — … (fish), glass — … (class), look — … (book), cat — … (hat), box — … (fox)

Game 2. Names of animals

1. DBRI — BIRD
2. OGD — DOG
3. SIFH – FISH
4. EGRTI – TIGER
5. EHSOR – HORSE
6. OILN – LION
7. KUDC – DUCK
8. GRFO – FROG
9. TNPLEHEA — ELEPHANT

Teacher: One more contest is to make up words from letters.

You see words in which letters are mixed. Make up these words.

Ученики составляют слова из смешанных букв по теме «Животные».

Game 3. What time is it?

Контроль можно проводить в виде соревнований, эстафет, конкурсов по одному, в паре, в группе. Соотнести правильно все картинки с ответами и правильно озвучить ответы.

Физкультминутка “Head and shoulders”.

Game 5. Find the antonyms. (Найди антонимы.)

Учащиеся находят противоположные по значению слова и перемещают их на нужное место; читают и переводят.
